Taste of Pad See Ew


  • 2 tbs coconut oil 

  • 1 medium-sized broccoli, cut 

  • 2 Carrots, cut 

  • Beetroot leaves (don’t throw it away) 

  • 1/3 cup coconut amino 

  • 3 eggs 


1. Boil water and add in carrots till cooked.

2. Heat a tbsp of coconut oil in a stir-fry pan and add broccoli till cooked. Then, add in the carrots.

3. Place them aside. Heat a tbsp of coconut oil in the pan and stir fry the beetroot leaves. 

4. When the leaves start to shrink, add the broccoli together with carrot. Pour in the coconut amino and beat the eggs in the pan to give the taste.


  • Instead of beetroot leaves, any big green leaves vegetables could be replaced i.e. Spinach, Choy sum. 

  • To replace broccoli, it can substituted with broccolini, asparagus or cauliflower. 

It all takes less than 30 minutes, enjoy!
