Raw Chocolate Mousse

  • 1 overripe frozen banana

  • 1 medium ripe avocado

  • 2 tbs coconut oil, melted

  • 3 tbs rice malt syrup or coconut nectar

  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or powder

  • 1 tsp cacao powder


1. Add everything into food processor and blend it on high for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.

2. Spoon and divide them into serving bowls, approx. 4 bowls. Place them into fridge to set.

Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, cacao powder and/ or cacao nibs, enjoy!

Note: Cut the banana into coin-shaped pieces before freezing them up
