Raw Chocolate Mousse

L O V E at first sight x


  • 1 overripe frozen banana

  • 1 medium ripe avocado

  • 2 tbs coconut oil, melted

  • 3 tbs rice malt syrup or coconut nectar

  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or powder

  • 1 tsp cacao powder


1. Add everything into food processor and blend it on high for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.

2. Spoon and divide them into serving bowls, approx. 4 bowls. Place them into fridge to set.

Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, cacao powder and/ or cacao nibs, enjoy!

Note: Cut the banana into coin-shaped pieces before freezing them up

Summer Salad


  • 1 cup of quinoa

  • 1 cup of amaranth (optional)

  • 2 lebanese cucumbers, choppped

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 3 cups of fresh flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon

  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil


  1. Boil 1 1/2 cups of water in a saucepan. Cook the quinoa and amaranth together. Reduce the heat to very low and place the lid. Simmer till the water has fully absorbed. Turn off the heat and rest it for at least 10 minutes.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley and coconut oil. Toss them together. To serve, drizzle the salad with freshly squeezed lemon.

Serves 2


Creamy Green Smoothie


  • 1/2 medium ripe avocado

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • a handful of baby spinach

  • 1 kiwi

  • 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon

  • 1 tsp spirulina

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 tbs chia seeds


Blend everything together in a food blender, add extra milk till your favorite consistency.
